Impact Development Breaks Ground on Phase II at
Durango Commons Business Park
(Las Vegas - July 2,
2008) – Impact Development, a Las Vegas-based
commercial real estate development company, announced today
that they are breaking ground on Phase II of the Durango
Business Park, located at the southeast corner of Durango
Drive and Windmill Lane.
As part of the 47-acre Durango
Commons development, the business park includes 130,000 square
feet of Class A office space. Extensive use of stone,
glass and modern metals compliments the buildings, providing a
polished appearance that blends well with the surroundings.
Phase II, at 56,000 square feet, is 70%
pre-leased. Phase I, consisting of 74,000 square feet,
is 100% leased. In addition, 150,000 square feet of
office condo space is planned for the east side of the site.
Located just south of the 215
Beltway on Durango in one of Las Vegas’ fastest growing
sectors in the Southwest, the center is directly adjacent to
the planned 370-acre Clark County Regional Park and boasts
incredible visibility on this major thoroughfare from
Summerlin to Mountain’s Edge Master Planned Communities.
With space available from 1,200 square feet to 119,000 square
feet, pre-leasing has begun on the 235,000 square foot retail
portion of this 45-acre mixed use center. Leasing
inquiries can be directed to (702) 363-4788 ext. 115.
Several years in pre-development,
the high image project will encompass over 515,000 square feet
of office, retail and pad sites on 47 acres, making this one
of the area's largest developments.
